By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

FitMetrics Pro provides free fitness and nutrition calculators, a workout diary, and related informational tools. Your data is stored primarily on your own device (local-first). If you choose to create an account and sign in, your workout diary and related records may be synchronized to our cloud storage so you can access them across devices.

The Service is provided for general informational and self-tracking purposes only.

FitMetrics Pro is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All calculators, estimates, and recommendations are for general informational and educational purposes only and are based on published formulas and general population models. Individual results will vary.

You should always consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, changing your diet, taking supplements, or acting on any information provided by the Service — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, elderly, or have any pre-existing medical condition or injury.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or calculated on the Service. You engage in physical exercise and use any information from the Service entirely at your own risk. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

We do not knowingly permit accounts from, or collect personal information from, children under this age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us through the in-app feedback tool so we can remove it.

Minors who meet the age requirement should use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, coach, or qualified professional, and should seek medical guidance before undertaking any exercise or dietary changes.

You may use most calculators without an account. Certain features, such as cloud synchronization of your workout diary, require you to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, not interfering with or disrupting the Service, not reverse-engineering or scraping the Service except as permitted by law, and not using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by FitMetrics Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Your own data (such as your workout entries) remains yours.

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, and email delivery. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations will be accurate for your specific circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitMetrics Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any injury or health outcome resulting from reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitMetrics Pro and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account and associated cloud data from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
